The Service Department at HiLine Farm Equipment consists of a fully trained and skilled team. Specializing in Case IH, Macdon, Weidemann and Agrifac; as well as excellent knowledge of New Holland, Supreme, Highline and more! There is almost nothing they cannot diagnose and repair.
Outside of the shop, HiLine Farm Equipment has two fully tooled service trucks with experienced operators out on the road to help keep you in the field and working. These technicians stay on the leading edge with ongoing factory training and are equipped with the best technology for diagnosing and repairing your equipment on the spot.
Our dealership also offers dedicated GPS and Precision Farming support to help customers maximize efficiency and performance in the field. From display setup and calibration to guidance systems, auto-steer, mapping, and connectivity troubleshooting, our GPS specialist is equipped to support a wide range of precision agriculture technology across multiple brands. Whether assisting with preseason setup, in-season support, or diagnosing signal and communication issues, HiLine’s trained specialist works to ensure your equipment and precision systems operate seamlessly together. We have Case IH certified technicians in the fundamentals of Customer Service, Electronics, Engines, Hydraulics, Precision Farming and Systems and Tools. Additionally, the Team has also reached CASE Professional Certified in the following equipment: 4WD Tractors, All Purpose High HP Tractors, Front Wheel Assist, Combine Headers, Flagship Combines, Engines, Haytool (Disc & Sickle), Round Baler, Seeding Products, and Skid Steers. The Pinnacle of CASE internal training is the MASTER Technician designation. HiLine is pleased to have technicians that have achieved this MASTER status. Recent shop upgrades (including a large library of manuals dating from the 1970’s) and updating of a dedicated logged tool room ensure technicians have immediate access to the latest manufacturer-specific tools, diagnostic and specialty service equipment required for today’s advanced machinery.
