Journeyman/woman Service Technician
 
Hi Line Equipment is looking for skilled and knowledgeable individuals to join our service department.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Diagnose, Repair & Maintain all systems on agricultural equipment
• Perform updates, pre-delivery inspection, pre-season inspection and reconditioning of pre-owned equipment and customer units
• Able to lift 30 lbs. daily and sometimes consistently
• Excellent customer service both in the shop and during field work
• Cooperate with team and share information across the organization
• Training and/or assisting other technicians or apprentices with their work
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons

 
Qualifications:

• Experience in Ag industry or heavy equipment
• Motivated 2nd or 3rd year apprentice welcome
• Organized and self-motivated
• Customer focused with a strong work ethic to produce quality work in a timely manner.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous road tech experience is a plus.

 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $34.00 -$40.00 per hour, Overtime paid
